For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At Oretana Logistics we process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes:

  • Contact Form: Managing the sending of requested information and resolving queries.
  • Quote Request: Managing quote requests for transport or storage services. Route and merchandise data are necessary to prepare the commercial offer.
  • Work With Us (CV): Managing your application in our current or future personnel selection processes.

  • Queries and Quotes: They will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
  • Curriculum Vitae: They will be kept for a maximum period of 1 year from receipt. After this time, they will be securely destroyed.
